Hints & Tips for Inspiration

Practical pieces from survivors sharing what has genuinely helped them navigate real life — managing triggers, building boundaries, finding self-care that works.

These are practical pieces — grounded suggestions, things that have helped, approaches that are worth trying. They are written for survivors who are past the stage of simply surviving and are looking for concrete ways to build something different. The focus throughout is on what actually works rather than what sounds good in principle.

Not every suggestion will fit your situation. Read them critically, take what applies, and set aside the rest.
